Legal PA - 6 Month Contract - AUH

We are looking for a PA/Administrator to cover a 6 month maternity leave from 1 September 2015 to 28 Feb 2016 for our clients Abu Dhabi office.

The Abu Dhabi office consists of seventeen people which includes 4 partners, 4 Associates, a trainee and business services staff and the role will consist of providing PA and secretarial assistance to the Managing Partner, Abu Dhabi in addition to managing the day to day operations of the office.

The hours are 9am to 6pm, Sunday through to Thursday and the candidate will report to the Managing partner of the AUH office and to the Regional Office Manager based in Dubai providing the candidate is able to start by 1 September, we anticipate a 4 week handover.

Requirements

The ideal candidate would preferably have previous experience in a law firm or professional services and be on their husband's or father's sponsorship.

Our client has no preference as to nationality, providing the candidate has excellent communication skills in English.

The salary on offer is AED 18,000 with a guaranteed bonus of AED12k on completion of the contract in Feb 2016.
