Job description / Role
A leading international law firm with offices located in major financial centers around the world, is currently seeking a top notch PA to work in the Corporate Real Estate Team. The organization has helped shape the globalization of the legal profession for decades and their worldwide practice has a proven track record for innovation and providing work of the highest quality to meet the needs of their domestic and international clients.
It will be supporting a very busy partner and a couple of associates. This is a document heavy role and would suit an individual who is very DP savvy but who also has excellent PA skills.
Requirements
Additional duties involve diary management, organizing national and international travel arrangements as well as general administration duties. Friendly work environment and a wonderful opportunity to work with dynamic professionals awaits the right candidate.
Applications are invited from those with a strong attention to detail, especially when under pressure. Must have a good understanding of standard legal procedures, possess integrity and confidentiality and have good IT skills. Audio typing/copy typing skills and the ability to think on ones feet.
