Legal PA / Office Administrator (Temporary) - Dubai - Leading Law Firm
A top law firm is seeking a Legal Professional Assistant (PA) to join their Dubai offices.
The firm is looking for a diligent and dedicated individual to join their midst and help support their team.
The role is temporary and ideal if you are looking at entering the UAE region.
Some of the duties include:
- Answering and filtering telephone calls
- Monitor post and emails
- Acting as key contact for clients when partner is unavailable
- Monitor expenses invoices and claims
- Planning and scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Ensuring day-to-day administrative tasks are carried out, e.g. photocopying and scanning or delegate to appropriate department when necessary
Requirements
- Be an experienced Legal PA with excellent administration skills
- Have attention to detail
- Be able to work in a flexible and fast paced manner
