Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A reputable multinational Law Firm is currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Purpose of role: To deliver outstanding secretarial support to partners and fee-earners, displaying a strong focus on exceptional client service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bilingual candidate English & Arabic who is passionate about delivering a professional secretarial service of the highest quality.

Responsibilities
- Proactive diary management
- Organising meetings, travel arrangements, lunches and conference calls
- Organising conference and seminars
- Proactive interest in matter opening to include drafting letters of engagement and related correspondence
- Collating billing guides, drafting weekly narratives and covering letters to clients
- Time recording
- Updating/adding contacts to Interaction, including managing lists and reports
- Processing expense claims
- Photocopying and filing/e-filing Creating/amending documents and letters

- Proficient at using Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Proficient at using Interaction or quick at learning how to use new software
- Adopts a flexible approach to work

Special Requirement of the Role
- Bilingual candidates with fluency in English and Arabic and over 2 years of secretarial experience.
