Job description / Role
Client is a leading international law firm, based in Dubai. They are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the team, supporting the Head of Banking and 4 Associates within the team. It is a great role with lots of exposure to PA and secretarial functions and it will be a busy role.
You will provide professional, proactive, high level secretarial support so a minimum of 2 years experience with an international law firm is essential.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills/telephone techniques.
- Fluency in English language (written and spoken)
- Proven secretarial experience in a legal environment
- Accurate and computer literate
- Ability to use initiative/problem solve
- Organised with an ability to meet deadlines and prioritise work
- Pro-active and positive with an ability to build working relationships
- Confident and professional with an ability to use own judgment
- Flexible with an ability to work outside core hours if required
- Punctual and reliable
