Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Handle the entire Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD) process including Health Professional Licensing; Credentialing, and Examination;
- Keeping track of the HAAD license status for all healthcare professionals;
- Initiate communication with healthcare professionals for timely submission of necessary documents;
- Interpret, assist and advise applicants regarding Dataflow and HAAD requirements within the specified guidelines;
- Coordinate with the healthcare professionals using proper communication channel for timely processing of documents prior to expiry and update them regularly about the status of license renewal;
- Prepare and submit reports with valid and “in-process of renewal” licenses and updating the HR Manager and departmental managers;
- Liaises with Talent Acquisition and PRO to collect all the required documents for the credentialing process;
- Supporting managers in managing and working with Talent Acquisition;
- Develop and maintain solid relations within the health authority (regular visits to their facility to follow up on new and pending applications);
- Act as a company representative in HAAD conferences;
- Report to the concerned Head of the Dept. and the Hospital CEO regularly about the status of the HAAD license and any potential risk in this matter;
- Adhere to the Hospital policies and the department policies in general;
- Maintain professional confidentiality at all times;
- Be actively involved in the quality improvement activities within the HR Department;

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent;
- At least three years of related knowledge and experience of HAAD and Dataflow processes is essential;
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Excellent English language skills, Arabic would be an advantage;
- Must possess advanced computer skills, including knowledge of databases and preparation of PowerPoint presentations;
- Ability to handle multiple complex assignments;
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Positive attitude and collaborative diligent approach;
- Ability to effectively work under pressure;
- Able to relate to people from different cultural backgrounds
- Critical thinking skills;
- Customer service orientated.
