Line Leader

Job description / Role

Quest is working in partnership with an FMCG business who are looking for Line Leader. You will be working alongside an agile and dynamic team.

As Line Leader, you will:
- Report to the Department Manager and look after process improvements on the packing line.
- Work with shift engineers and the on-site manufacturing team to implement changes
- Lead start-up projects
- Be responsible for eliminating losses and addressing key gaps.

Requirements

Desirable skills and background:
- Have atleast 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Must come from a packing line background
- Have worked with international manufacturing standards
