Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global elite law firm that is looking to hire a Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor, to work on an interesting range of disputes, investigations and arbitration matters.
• The role will involve working closely with the litigation and arbitration Partners and Associates in the firm’s Dubai office, along with its other Middle East and international offices.
• The role will involve a mix of work, acting for high profile clients in relation to a mix of litigation, investigations and arbitration work, covering commercial, financial and construction sector disputes across the UAE and broader Middle East market.

Requirements
• The successful candidate should be a Common Law qualified Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Solicitor with 2 – 3 years high quality experience gained at an international / legal directories ranked law firm, either already based in Dubai or looking to relocate from London, Hong Kong, Sydney etc.
• The work will involve acting for high profile clients and complex matters, so demonstrable experience of leading on sizeable disputes is essential, combined with excellent academics. Individuals that are Bilingual Litigators that are also Common Law qualified are of particular interest.
• The firm offers high market rates of tax free remuneration in order to attract a high calibre individual.
