Logistic Coordinator

Job description / Role

Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepare documentation for international export shipments
• Coordinating transportation for outbound shipments
• Quoting/scheduling of third party logistics shipments
• Received from freight forwarders and track shipments
• Provide import/export logistics support as assigned by supervisor
• Manage logistics personnel and logistics systems and direct daily operations
• Streamlining import and export logistics process, insuring compliance to trade regulation for all import and export shipments
• Work with internal logistics coordinators of overseas logistics solutions to ensure coordination between export and import
• Prepare export customs and shipping with ocean and air freight carriers and consolidators
• To prepare the files for the Dubai/ Sharjah customs for any purpose
• Prepare all necessary export shipping documentation
• Prepare commercial invoices / packing lists / COO / MOFA for all export shipments
• Coordinate international truck load as well as local cargo deliveries and shipments

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: MEDICAL INSURANCE WILL BE PROVIDED

Requirements

• University Degree in Commerce or logistic or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Good analytical & problem solving skills (Experience in lubricant industry is an advantage).
• Knowing Mirsal 2 regulations.
• Knowing Dubai customs Regulation such as BOE passing, and any new regulations and laws.
• Computer Skills and Accounting System:
• MS-Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
• Tally ERP 9
