Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Analyze customer service requests; order processing
• Determine the goods to be shipped following their availability, the customer’s request, the traffic instruction, the delivery priority and the transit times
• Analyze the request and propose different alternative solutions ( in transit time and price) to the requestor
• Edit the SAP listings
• Organize the shipping at the best balance cost/service
• Communicate (calls and emails) with the carrier to organize these rush shipments by confirming the extra cost and the possible delivery date.
• Post getting the information from carrier, again traffic team informs the customer service team and get the confirmation for these rush orders
• Analyze requests from all parties carriers, sales, customers, etc..., provide answer and or solution in due time
• Act as interface between sales and carriers to optimize the service provided to the customer
• Log problems in the log issue report and propose solution to the supervisor
• Pre – invoice reporting; OTD reporting; Traffic Invoice; Freight Cost; Freight Data Base.

Requirements

• Italian speaker
• BSc Degree
• Strong negotiating skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to work well with a team
• MS Office / SAP skills
