Logistics and Execution Manager

Job description / Role

- Manage the import and local commodity procurement Operations for Bulk/Container, including monitoring payment and execution risk of all procurement contracts.
- Manage and ensure compliance of Operations/Logistics staff with established policies and procedures.
- Institute policies and procedures for Operations/Logistics.
- Manage the interface between Operations/ Logistics and the affected parties including planning, production and the relevant trading desks.
- Manage the interface with supplier execution team

Requirements

- Management of Operations/Logistic Team
- Grain or vessel execution experience is a must for this position
- Experience within an FMCG / Food trading business
- Supplier management
- Supply Chain efficiency and cost management.
