Job description / Role
A Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and providing support for efficient operation of fleet activities and collaborating with various stakeholders within the logistics team and other departments within GCCB.
Key Responsibilities:
• Central coordination of Logistics-related data and or information:
• Gathering data from 4 countries, consolidation of data in prescribed templates, inputting of data to relevant portals
• Data: Monthly KPIs/QSPECS, Commission/OT, External supplies and manpower/resources, productivity savings (and other general data)
• Consolidation of reports from four countries (U.A.E , Oman , Qatar , Bahrain) to a central file (S&OP, Productivity tracker, Logistics 200, MLR Highlights and other reports that needs consolidation)
• Provides assistance in centrally organizing routines of Logistics leadership team (Staff meetings, Reviews, Team connects, Training calendar)
• Provide support for information/data needed for Logistics excellence projects, assisting project leaders/country managers on data gathering, baselining, meeting set-ups.
• Foster a growth culture.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience
• Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with warehouse software , logistics management systems.
Additional Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address operational challenges.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
