Taylor Sterling is searching for an experienced Logistics Manager for our client, they specialise in the construction of major complex projects and are operating in over 50 countries
Duties:
• Comply with laws, regulations and standard requirements
• Strategically plan and manage logistics
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers and sub contactors
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Process shipments
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements
Requirements
• Relevant Degree
• Ten or more years of experience
• Previous experience with a reputable contractor
• Proven working experience as a logistics manager.
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and detail orientated
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
