Job description / Role
One of our esteem client;A multinational construction-consulting firm that provides program and project management, construction management, cost engineering services to their client and is involved in major multi billion $ construction projects worldwide is on looking to hire a Logistics officer in Abu-Dhabi to be seconded at one of their clients office.
The incumbent will be managing a large pool of vehicles and drivers for a fleet of 150+. Manage leased vehicles - mobilization, demobilization, replacements, maintenance follow-up etc. Management of equipment's and ancillary's for large corporate offices. Handle related corporate logistics ( furniture, vending machines, printers, accessories, etc.).Responsible for managing long-term agreements to meet logistical requirements. Manage stores and storage yard. Organise, monitor and execute catering using third party contractors for corporate events.
Must have relevant bachelor's degree from a recognised university and a min.of 8 year's experience relevant experience. Sound knowledge of demand to invoice process. Good Command of Oracle system.
