Job description / Role
Objectives:
Responsible for ensuring the right products are delivered to the right location on time, to the quality required and in the most cost effective way.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead, coordinate and communicate with customers to deliver full orders as per priorities
- Liaise with Planning and Customer Service departments towards full order delivery within agreed schedules
- Plan in advance and prepare for any arising delays or issues
Reporting to: Operations Director
- Duration: Permanent
- Working Hours: Sun-Thu (9:00 am - 6:00 pm)
Requirements
University Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration/ Commerce/ Engineering
Other certifications obtained:
- Supply Chain Management
Specialist knowledge:
- Proficient in MRP software and MS Excel
Nature and length of previous experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar role in Aluminium Industry
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Great attention to detail and ability to process complicated orders from numerous suppliers
Age Range:
- 25-30
