Job description / Role
A well established and highly successful sporting goods retailer in the Middle East is currently looking to hire a dynamic and skilled Loss Prevention Manager to join their high performing team in the Middle East.
* Will be responsible for monitoring and assessing loss prevention through effective risk assessment and store evaluation
* Provisioning and development of loss prevention strategy through implementation of policies and procedures aligned with the business objectives
* Will be managing the relationship and liaisons, budget and return of investment of the group's external guarding service provider
Requirements
* Degree holder
* At least 3 years of experience in loss prevention, preferably in retail sector
* Relative experience in investigation, risk management, and law
* Proven experience in managing people
* Excellent communication skills
