Employment: Full Time

Salary: Negotiable

The Loyalty Manager will support the operations related to existing Loyalty Reward Program and the CRM team.

This position will coordinate and support global initiatives identified by the CRM team and will work with the Customer Insight team to understand key drivers among the regional consumers to develop and improve the existing Loyalty program.

- Supports execution of promotional and engagement strategies to drive business goals.
- Works alongside the CRM team to understand trends in consumer habits.
- Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
- Determines priorities, schedules, plans and necessary resources to ensure completion of any projects on schedule.
- Manage a small team of 3, overseeing all work, projects and campaigns.
- Report directly into the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Requirements

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related marketing degree.
- Fluent in English.
- Arabic and French are an advantage.
- 10 years’ experience.
- Experience in developing loyalty program from the ground up.
- Experienced in leading a small team.
