Employment: Full Time

Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 AED

One of our clients is a big retail group of companies which was established in 1992. They are the leading shopping mall, retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). Their business spans 13 international markets and employs over 30,000 people. They own and operate 19 shopping malls, 12 hotels and three mixed-use communities in MENA. They have leisure facilities and family entertainment centres as well.

Due to their growing needs, they are looking to hire a Loyalty Manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of their Rewards Program and CRM system and will support the delivery of the Customer Experience and new product development for their Cinemas.

As a key role within the marketing team, and the wider organization, this role will further develop on the already existing Loyalty Program and work towards achieving the overall team objectives of rewarding customer behavior, personalizing the customer offer and add value to the customer experience with the net effect of increasing admissions which ultimately leads to increased revenue for their Cinemas.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a loyalty program that generates admissions and enhances the service offering utilising digital marketing and e-commerce expertise.
- Manage all aspects of the Cinema Loyalty program including Acquisition and Retention whilst developing on-going one-to-one communication with customers to keep them loyal and engaged with the brand.
- Schedule, implement, and devise new community-based programs, partnerships, and other engagement initiatives.
- Assess evolving business needs and develop tailored solutions and programs that enhance service experience of customers.
- Reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of all digital campaigns.
- Creating consumer segments (clusters) relevant to preferences and or behaviour
- Driving a consumer-led agenda throughout the company based on tangible insights, support the cinema’s desire to know more about their customer and drive greater value
- Meeting an agreed set of KPIs for customer engagement, program ROI, member acquisitions and customer feedback
- Ensure the customer service model is in line to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Working cross functionally to ensure any required changes are successfully implemented.
- Responsible for the development and delivery of an active CRM programme with supporting technology around the concept of R/F/M (how Recent/Frequency/Monetary value).
- Management of loyalty and digital budgets.
- Building and maintaining mutually beneficial working relationships with external agencies, third party suppliers and contractors.

Requirements

- 5+ years’ experience in CRM / Loyalty marketing
- A proven record in development and delivery of loyalty marketing strategies
- Knowledge and understanding of loyalty programs, email and SMS campaign execution and platforms
- Ability to execute campaign management strategies and plans
- Exceptional project management skills
- Well accustomed to working under pressure in a fast paced retail or leisure environment
- Proven skills as a leader and decision maker with the ability to exercise judgement and show initiative
- Assertive self-starter and goal driven to achieve at a high level consistently
