Employment: Full Time

An excellent opportunity within Luxury retail. Our client, an international elite brand and one of the biggest names in luxury retail is looking for an Arabic Speaking Luxury Sales Assistant.

The Sales Ambassador will achieve or exceed individual sales plan by utilizing strategic selling skills to assist customers with purchases. This individual will build new and existing customers by employing client development outreach and follow-up, as well as provide outstanding service with all customer interactions. Contribute at his/her level to build Image and awareness to the Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Performance:
- Achieve or exceed individual sales plan and *KPI as defined by management.
- Utilize strategic selling skills to assist customers with purchases in person and over the telephone.
- Cross-sell as appropriate, partnering with colleagues when necessary to successfully close sales.
- Utilize a strong knowledge about Tiffany products, value and history to promote and sale.

Customer Service:
- Provide a consistent, high level of customer service. This includes welcoming clients and managing all customer interactions resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work with management and operations teams (coach) to support the success of the floor/store.
- Maintain visual presentation standards and keep sales floor clean and organized in accordance with Company’s standards.
- Enforce perfect grooming at all times and circumstances.
- Provide superior customer service for all post sales service.

Client Development:
- Build client relationships with new and existing clients by capturing data at every contact.
- Utilize the client system (POS) on a daily basis as the tool to manage your client development activities, complete all tasks in a timely manner and maintain important client information.
- Execute on client development activities
- such as writing thank you cards, contacting clients on special occasions, etc.
- Contribute to all Key TCO events with appropriate customers

Requirements

- College Degree
- Graduate Gemologist degree or previous GIA course is preferred.
- Previous retail or luxury retail experience or relevant customer related experience (i.e. hospitality, etc).
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills, customer service skills and the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks is required.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proficiency in Point of Sales (POS) systems and Microsoft Outlook/e-mail is preferred.
