Job description / Role
- Operate the beverage production equipment as per the manufacturing operating guidelines.
- Effectively operate and clean the allocated production equipment and conduct the basic maintenance work and lubrication.
- Ensure compliance with the health and safety requirements, the application of the company quality standards and the maintenance of high levels of housekeeping at all times.
- Ensure that Mission Directed Work Teams (MDW) and Housekeeping and maintenance (4S) modules are in place.
- Maintain written records of raw materials used and wastages which would be submitted to the Production Supervisor at the end of each shift.
Requirements
- Diploma (ITI) holder in mechanical / fitter trade.
- Applicant should be in the age group of 25-35 years.
- Previous experience in a food or beverage manufacturing industry of at least 2 years.
- He should be having proper equipment and systems Knowledge.
