Maintenance Associate

Job description / Role

As a Maintenance Associate, you will be handling all the maintenance related tasks across the office and our boutiques.

Tasks include but not limited to;
- AC Maintenance
- Electrical Maintenance
- Replacing light bulbs and lights
- Follow up on the service of the fire system & fire extinguishers
- Contact & follow up with contractors on the completion of assigned work
- Assist in the procurement of maintenance required materials & tools
- Carry out rectification work & paint od the furniture, walls, fixtures, ceilings, walls, etc..
- Perform other maintenance duties as required by the department head

Requirements

- Have previously worked in a similar role - candidates with no previous experience in a similar role won't be considered
- Previous experience handling a similar role in a Retail environment would be a great plus
- Must have good communication skills; verbal and written English
- Must be flexible; job requires flexibility in terms of working hours, working shifts and last minute requests.
- Must be living in Dubai
- Must have a car and a drivers license
