Job description / Role
• Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures and update them as necessary
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance activities for machines repair and installation
• Monitor equipment and spare part inventory and place orders as necessary
• Implement regular preventive maintenance that aims to predict and prevent equipment failures before they occur
• Implement and control maintenance budget while ensuring best practices in the industry
• Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in dealing with machine and equipment
• Maintain good relations with contracts with supplies provider, and handle the execution of maintenance work negotiation
• Prepare and follow up the daily & monthly reports
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 9,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum 8 years working experience in food manufacturing industries, preferred in flour mills.
• Ability to analyze, process, and identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
• Strong knowledge of computer applications
• Proficient communication both oral and written skills.
