Maintenance Planning & Control Manager (Aviation)

Job description / Role

- To plan, direct, control and lead the work conducted in the Maintenance Planning & Control Section, ensure efficient operation within the Budget & the corporate strategy.
- Manage all Maintenance Planning & Control Section facilities.
- Organize and control workflow through Maintenance Planning & Control Section ensuring minimal delay at all sections levels.
- Perform recommended procedures and work practices.
- Coordinates with other department.
- Develop capabilities to accommodate wider scope of work.
- Running the day to day work of the Section.
- Ensure and comply safety, health and environmental procedures of work and staff

Requirements

* Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
* 10 years’ experience in Aircraft Maintenance Planning & Control
* Technical knowledge of Aviation products and materials.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with effective problem solving abilities
* Able to interface effectively with all levels of the organisation and external customers
