Maintenance Project Manager (F&B, Hospitality)

Charterhouse is managing a search for an international hospitality group that offers a range of high-end food & beverage outlets within its portfolio. Our client has had a long-standing presence in the UAE and is now looking for an experienced Maintenance Project Manager (F&B, Hospitality), who will manage and oversee facilities, maintenance and renovation projects of its outlet across the GCC.

The Project Manager will manage a property portfolio of cafés and restaurants throughout the GCC region, offering technical, operational and customer focused expertise, to ensure projects are delivered on-time to the highest quality.

This management role, will work closely with the third-party engineering, MEP and Civil contractors to manage the design and planning of the maintenance, facilities and renovation projects, defining the project scope and deliverables. The incumbent will monitor required maintenance works and assign the required staff with regular auditing and site visits.

The role will develop project budgeting for indirect costs and expenses, whilst following up project activities during in-process phases, taking any initiatives required and monitor process improvement.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the candidate must have a successful track-record (minimum of 5 years) as a Project Manager for a hospitality group, international F&B group or Hotel Operator covering MEP, maintenance and renovations works in the UAE.

The incumbent will be competent, managing sub-contractors on-site and must be able to confidently communicate plans to technicians and engineers on-site. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant Degree from an international University and be willing to occasionally travel to several site locations across the GCC.
