Established in 2006 they have grown as a market leader in the ready-mix concrete and precast industry. The company is currently operating more than 13 concrete batching plants in the region, with an ultra-modern European-technology production facility.

Job Purpose:
Maintenance Supervisor is responsible to supervise all machines and equipment owned by the company is maintained effectively and efficiently to achieve maximum operation capacity.

KEY RESULTS AREAS (Key Accountabilities)
- Supervise the arrangements or required materials for proper plant functioning.
- Keeping up records of any equipment to base replacement for budget approval.
- Implementation of daily, weekly and scheduled maintenance for optimum performance.
- To ensure preventive actions are done for any breakdowns to avoid recurrence.
- To carry out all maintenance required for optimum plant availability and maintenance.
- To ensure workers are properly trained for their development and working performance.
- Evaluate all workers according to their performance for adjustment.
- Prepare daily maintenance reports.
- Daily inspection in machines or equipment to detect malfunction and to discuss machine operation variations with Maintenance In charge or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or to repair machine.
- Supervise in dismantling defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
- Maintain history card of all equipment, service card, etc.
- Monitor periodical check card & periodical check list
- Make sure production activities are running smoothly.
- Should conduct regular maintenance of equipments, such as Tower
- Crane, Mobile Crane, Batching Plants, Bridge Crain, Cutting machine, Bending Machine, Welding machine etc.
- Receives the complaints related to equipments and any reasonable job order for maintenance department.
- Assign particular technicians team as per comments of defect form.
- Maintain good housekeeping within plant and all maintenance areas.
- Responsible for adherence and enforcement of safety rules and active participation in monthly safety meetings.
- Order parts needed for special and regular maintenance supplies.
- Supervises cleaning and lubricating shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
- Recommends ideas on how to improve machine for better efficiency.
- In charged in the daily, weekly, monthly supervision tasks.
- Follow-up the outsource job by the maintenance department (repairing/fabrication).
- Follow-up the maintenance plans (weekly, monthly and annual plans).
- Follow-up the required or requested spare parts needed for workshop repairing job.
- Preparation of mobile equipment to renewal registration as approved specifications.
- Prepare for scheduled maintenance and coordinate both efforts of internal assets and external vendors to resolve maintenance issues.
- To allow proper coordination with production and management on all maintenance issues within the plant.
- Submit functionality report about efficiency and condition for production machinery to Maintenance In-Charge
- Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment. Organize and plan maintenance each day.
- Following up the procedure for maintenance and preventive maintenance in accordance with the instruction from the Maintenance In-Charge
- Ensures that duties are done according to the procedures.
- Inform to the Maintenance In-Charge about the vehicle remigration and follow-up.
- Ensure safety measurements for all machinery and equipment’s, along with the safety officer and inform to the Maintenance In-Charge.
- The Management has the right to review, change and add duties and responsibilities if deemed necessary.

Requirements

- Mechanical or electrical diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance as supervisor/foreman, chief mechanic
- Computer skills (Basic IT, Microsoft office, operating systems)
- Mechanical or Electrical background (Technical Courses)
- Information on maintenance workshops system
- Knowledge of cranes, batch plants, chillers, steam boiler, production equipments, vehicles, etc
- Excellent knowledge of safety measures and procedures.
