Male Arabic, NOC Engineer up to 12K AED+ for a Landscaping Contracting Firm in Dubai

• Assist NOC Manager in conducting of Permitting Services to clients from project registration up through the project completion including building permits, building completion certficates, building occupational certificates, temporary and permanent utility applications etc.
• Prepare permitting documents and online submissions to Authorities (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, JAFZA, DEWA, RTA etc.)
• Attending internal and external meetings with the above parties, attend site visits, inspections and meetings as assigned by NOC Manager.
• Maintaining permitting documents register to ensure on-time permitting submission and their control as well as coordinating the permitting process with NOC Manager and Project Managers in charge will be part of the job as well.

Requirements

• Jordan, Palestine, Lebanese nationalities are preferred
• Male, ideally 40 y/o and below
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience in GCC required
• Experience in dealing with Dubai Authorities regarding submittals and NOC process
• Fully aware of related UAE Regulations for civil works, construction, etc.
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Background in Landscaping or Contracting Companies
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Can handle multiple concurrent tasks and projects with minimal supervision
• Work location: Dubai, UAE

Salary up to 12K AED plus company car depending on experience and qualifications.
