Job description / Role
Male Chef De Cuisine up to 19k Aed for a Five Star Hotel in Dubai
• Oversees outlet kitchen production, assists in menu writing, costing, and scheduling and implements the plan, prep and set up including quality service
• Works with the Executive sous chef to produce diversified menus in accordance with the restaurant’s policy and vision
• Comes up with new dishes which appeal to the clients, whenever required
Requirements
• POSITION: CHEF DE CUISINE
• SALARY: up to 15,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus 3,800 AED as accommodation allowance
• HIRING COMPANY: Five Star Hotel
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1 month)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to EUROPEAN candidates
• Male, below 35 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Degree in Culinary Arts or any related certificate is a must
• Minimum 3 years in kitchen management
• HACCP Certified
• Experience in an All-Day Dining Restaurant and In-room dining
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organization, and analytical skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Performs task accurately and efficiently
