Male Front Office Supervisor for up to 3.5k Aed++ a 4-Star Hotel in Downtown Dubai
• POSITION: Front Office Supervisor
• SALARY: up to 3,500 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation and other benefits
• HIRING COMPANY: 4-star Hotel
• LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male, 35 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
• At least 2 years of experience as a front office supervisor in a hotel
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service
• Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation
• Allocate rooms to expected arrivals after checking the guests preferences and special requests
• Build strong relationships and liaise with all other department's especially housekeeping, reservations etc
Requirements
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Opera software
• Able to work under pressure and a good team player
• Excellent communication skills
