Male Hr Assistant up to 6k Aed for an Fnb Company in Gcc
Job Description
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Requirements
• Position: HR assistant
• Salary: Up to 6,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
• Hiring company: one of the biggest fnb catering company known for handling multiple outlets within Gcc
• Work location: Abu Dhabi, Uae
• Availability: Can join immediately will be prioritized
• Employment type: Full time
Candidate Profile
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male, 35 years old and below
Qualifications
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in FB/Hospitality/Catering as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
• Extensive experience working from companies with minimum size of 200 employees
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS/ Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases is an advantage
• Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
• Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws
• Excellent organizational and communications skills
