Job description / Role
Marketplace Manager for a Leading Chain of Supermarket in the Gulf Region
• Manage the market place including short and long term objectives, customer metrics, team and overall performance, results
• Ensure among others an appropriate design, effective SEO practices programming, debugging and testing of the online-based activities
• Grow marketplace by increasing assortment and categories, manage and develop relationships with main online marketplace leaders, partners and expand delivery coverage including other emirates
• Development of robust online marketing campaigns including acquiring new customers and maximize customers loyalty through loyalty program and other innovative marketing tools
Requirements
• Position: Male Marketplace Manager
• Nationality: Any Nationality
• Salary: minimum 30,000 AED full package depending on your qualifications and experience
• Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration or any relevant course
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the e-commerce industry
• Good understanding of marketplace operations (pricing, inventory, customer service, order management)
• Well experienced in overseeing daily marketplace operations
