Job description / Role
Male Pastry Sous Chef up to 8.5K AED for an FnB Holding Group in Sharjah
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field
• Expertise in production planning, caterings/events background is a plus
• Must have extensive experience in luxury cake production
• Bakery experience within Middle East is an advantage
• Strong understanding of market request and menu development
Requirements
• Open to any nationality, preferably TURKISH candidates
• Male, 35 years old below
• Degree in Culinary Arts with specialization in International Pastries
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field
• Expertise in production planning, caterings/events background is a plus
• Must have extensive experience in luxury cake production
• Bakery experience within Middle East is an advantage
• Strong understanding of market request and menu development
• Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
• Expertise in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Good communication skills
• Can join immediately (visit/cancelled visa preferred/ max 1-month)
• Work Location: Sharjah Industrial area, UAE
Salary up 8,500 AED depending on experience and qualifications
