Job description / Role
Male Sous Chef up to 9K AED for a Casual Dining Restaurant in Dubai
- Open to any nationality
- Male, 40 years old and below
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree holder in Hospitality/Culinary, and with certification in Health and Safety and, Food Hygiene
- HACCP/PIC certificate is a plus
- Proven work experience as in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with planning menus and ordering ingredients
- Knowledge of a wide range of recipes
- Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Responsible for the overall operations for the back of house and kitchen area
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Can join immediately (max 1-month)
- Work location: City Walk/Bluewaters, Dubai, UAE
