Mall Manager

We are a UAE based recruitment company, currently seeking for a Mall Manager for one of our clients in Dubai, UAE. The company is pioneering and exclusive distributor delivering food, health & consumer goods from a number of world-known brands in GCC. It has 120+ brands across 12 countries and over 10,000+ employees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage overall shopping mall business incl. operations, profitability, team management, tenant management, contractor services and marketing and promotional activity.
• Ensuring smooth functioning of the shopping mall, facilitating good environment for retailers business and pleasant shopping environment for customers.
• Develop local contacts, and acts as key liaison between MAF Retail and Shopping Mall stakeholders.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: visa, medical insurance, annual paid leave, family visa and tickets

Requirements

Qualifications:
• A degree in Business Administration, Business Commerce, or Marketing, and MECSC/ICSC mall management qualification
• Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience in managing shopping malls

• Conflict management skills
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Skill
• Fluent In English
