Charterhouse is working with a regional investment organisation who has a portfolio of sector specific companies within their group. Our client is looking to hire a Management Accountant.
This role will take ownership of all areas of reporting and budgeting operations with a view to becoming a Finance Lead. You will focus on areas of consolidation of both financial accounts and management reports in alignment to IFRS based standards whilst overseeing areas of planning and financial analysis to support the business functions. This position will also require a process review and development undertaking; whereby strong reporting controls can be introduced and rolled out across the business, ensuring accurate accounting and MIS related disciplines.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA based) with a strong compliance and governance background, ideally from a Big Four domain. It is essential you can demonstrate strong commercial and communication skills in a corporate setting where stakeholder management is a critical aspect of the reporting line from an accounting and decision support perspective.
