Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Title: Management Accounting and Reporting Lead (Senior Manager)

Brief on the role:
- To assist the Department Head and Group Chief Financial Officer in implementing, monitoring and controlling performance management of the bank and its various segments in order to provide a detailed view on business performance and protect the bank against financial risk. This will be a centrally based Finance role, covering and reporting for all the Groups within the Bank.

Requirements

Skills required:
- 10+ years of work experience in the field of Finance & Accounting in the areas of management accounting, budgeting, regulatory reporting.
- Banking Finance experience is mandatory.
- Chartered Accountant/CFA/MBA in Finance preferred. Practical experience in statutory reporting, budgeting process and risk management required.
- Should be strong in managing multiple projects with direct reporting lines to the CFO and the Management Board.
- Will lead the finance work stream with focus on financial due diligence and acquisition accounting. In-depth knowledge of financial, accounting and regulatory issues within the banking industry is mandatory.
