About the program and the role

L’OREAL LAKOM – EMIRATI YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
L’Oréal Lakom (for you) is a dedicated program at L’Oréal which focuses exclusively on developing and preparing Emirati talent to leadership roles at L’Oréal Groupe.

• You will begin your journey at L’Oréal by rotating in different positions, and even different divisions, for a total of max 18 months.
• After you have graduated from L’Oréal Lakom program, you will be transitioned into a permanent position in your area of expertise, where you will continue to grow and find your purpose within the group.

• Customized rotations, experiences, and learning programs for your area of expertise (the objective of the rotations is to learn from other functions and divisions, so you land in your future role fully prepared). You can choose rotations in the following functions and many others: Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital & Data, Ecommerce, Human Resources, Medical and Pharmaceutical domains and more.

• Significant exposure to our leadership teams, as well as mentoring and coaching programs to help you build your network and develop professionally towards your goal.

• Being part of our L’Oréal Management Trainee community and interacting with other management trainees both locally and globally, as well as with alumni of the program who have continued growing within the company.

About you:

It does not matter what major you graduate from – L’Oréal thrives in the diversity of our people.

There are a couple of core ingredients which we’d like to see in our future Lakom Management Trainees:

• Must be a UAE National holding a family book.
• University graduate, work or internship experience is an advantage. We welcome high potential talents from 0 to 7 years of work experience in this program!
• Passionate and curious about the work and business we do.
• Driven with an entrepreneurial spirit, a creative problem solver with a high level of agility and open-mindedness.
• Analytical and sensitive to numbers.
• Equally motivated by working independently as well as collaborating with diverse teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
