Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Summary

Main Duties and responsibilities:

- Assisting in financial analysis and forecasting to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth;
- Monitoring revenue streams and identifying areas for optimization or cost savings;
- Conducting research and analysis to inform pricing strategies and revenue management decisions;
- Collaborating with other hotel departments to develop revenue-enhancing strategies;
- Helping to develop and implement revenue management policies and procedures;
- Assisting with the preparation and analysis of financial reports
- Supporting the implementation of revenue management systems and tools.
- Daily, weekly & monthly production and pick-up reporting
- Rate loading through channel management system
- Market analysis and research
- Assisting and extending support to work together with Reservations team
- Understanding how a company operates
- Supporting managers with various tasks (e.g. policy making, goal setting)
- Learning to evaluate performance

Requirements

- Experience in a management role or similar.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent time management skills.

About the Company

Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport.
