Here at Fetchr, we're growing and looking for a Project Manager with the combined background of Business Analysis to join our Operational Excellence team. This individual will be working closely with Fetchr's clients and internal teams to analyse, review and provide last mile logistics solutions. Based in our Dubai HQ offices the Manager will be pivotal in delivering effective solutions for our UAE and GCC clients.

Analytics
- Understand our operational processes and complexities along with our current forecasting/planning models. Consolidate the approach to set up an S&OP template for our countries
- Set up a robust process for forecasting and operations planning with an objective to minimize running costs and maximize customer/client experience
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across the company and program manage decision making through the building of predictive models and data insights
- Lead Global teams with planning and operational requests e.g. monthly/quarterly/annual planning and reviews. Set appropriate KPIs and track performance for operations and clients
- Work on deep dives with teams to analyze the authenticity of the forecasting inputs and retrospective modeling
- Lead implementation of projects gathered through S&OP insights which will mainly include optimization and expansion projects
- Mentor country teams in their expansion/optimization projects and be a SPOC for the project through planning till handover phase
- You will also be mastering Fetchr's existing processes and define new & optimal processes to meet client expectations.
- Communicating Fetchr's capabilities to clients confidently & bridge the gap between client's processes & Fetchr's processes.
- Understanding client business requirements thoroughly & communicate them to the internal teams.
- Getting your hands dirty working with the operations team and be up to date with all the new developments & process updates.
- Taking full responsibility of projects from initiation till the operations are stable (post Go Live).
Project Management
- Be an experienced Project Manager, used to working in an extremely agile work environment.
- Have prior logistics and supply chain management experience.
- Be an excellent communicator, involved in daily interaction with clients who provide million dollar annual revenue to Fetchr.
- Have excellent writing skills. (Proficiency in Arabic is preferred)
- Be able to understand complex IT systems.
- Be sharp & proactive.
- Be keen to work in a high pressure startup environment.
- Ideally you will have completed a relevant degree in logistics & supply chain management domain or hold a Master's in Business Administration

- A minimum of 7-10 years experience within Operations as a Business Analyst & Project/Operations Manager
- Mandatory knowledge in excel modelling and SQL
- Good stakeholder and leadership experience
