Role: Manager-Business Development
Industry: Commercial Real Estate Leasing: Offices/Retail Sector/Restaurants
Contract Duration-6-12 months
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Role Type: Outsourced, Full time, On-Site
Mandatory requirement: A thorough understanding of UAE laws and regulations, and a background in Freezone operations.
Job Purpose:
• Manager’s responsibilities include developing key growth strategies for the development, execute on tenanting strategies, manage broker relationships.
• Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve company financial targets.
• Duties will also include achieving annual targets, building relationships, inputting on investor documents, providing reports and understanding customer trends
Requirements
Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills required:
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience, In well-known Real estate organization (Commercial and Retail)
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or business administration
• Proven Track of specialty leasing
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Quality and detail orientation
• Organized with excellent time management skills, Good intrapersonal skills and Team player.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong computer skills, Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, YARDI, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to interface with employees at all levels.
• Diplomacy and Discretion.
• Ability to work under pressure and able to independently complete complex tasks.
• Proficient in continuously learning new knowledge and improving professional skills
