Brief Description
As the Manager Solutions Marketing you will be an integral part of executing the Etisalat Multi channel Strategy. You will be focused one nabling digital customer experiences and helping to make messaging &self-serve channels the preferred choice for our business customers.
Job Requirements
Your key responsibilities will be:
• Ideate, Identify and Launch new features, solutions and platforms that can be productized by Etisalat.
• Be a key player in defining the strategy of the Messaging Business.
• Defining the customer journey for new products and features being launched
• Being a customer champion
• Lead /Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver all products on time
• Product Manager for new innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement between brands and their customers.
• Forecasting and reporting of key KPIs for your products
• Reporting formats for efficient reporting to senior management on all KPI/ metrics
• You will develop strategies and roadmaps grounded in Digital business objectives:
- Analytics& insights
- The customer delight and ease of doing business
The Solutions Manager will also interact regularly with colleagues across other digital product portfolios to enable their vision,including virtual assistant, identity & access, billing & payments, and the broader digital & consumer care organizations.
As a Solution Manager, you will be identifying and leading product portfolio planning including
• Product scope definitions
• Business case development
• Product requirements
You will develop & nurture strategic business relationships including
• IT
• External vendors & stakeholders
• Sales and Business Development Teams
You will have accountability to both working and executive audiences for
• Execution against timelines
• Delivery of objectives & key results
• Representation of your product portfolios opportunities & requirements KPIs & results your portfolio will be responsible for driving will include
• Digital NPS
• Channel mix / adoption
As a member of the Digital team, you will,
• Provide digital thought leadership
• Evangelize Agile methodology & approach
• Act as change agent across the company
Requirements
Qualifications
• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant digital experience in a fast paced environment.
• Ideal candidates will have experience in the telecom, or software/technology industries.
• Previous experience in digital/messaging platforms & channels.
• Keen understanding of digital ecosystems, trends and customer needs.
• Provides leadership and direction towards delivering on objectives & key results.
• Exhibiting ownership and accountability from strategy through to execution.
• Understanding of technical aspects of web, mobile, and messaging applications.
• Creative ability with practical application for digital channels.
• Highly motivated individual with a naturally inquisitive nature.
• Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once.
• Strong self-management, self-pacing, and organizational skills necessary.
• Exceptional communication (written and oral) skills and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
• Holds self-accountable for achieving established performance objectives.
• Self-starter with an ability to work with minimal supervision.
