Manager – Business Development & Planning (Commercial Properties Business)

Job Summary:
- Manage Commercial Property business activity - from conception stage through to initial service delivery all of Abu Dhabi Commercial Properties (ADCP)’s new business.
- To manage from conception stage through to initial service delivery all of ADCP’s new business offer development, from business case writing with justifications backed by solid commercial rationale/analysis through to successful launch.

Job Purpose:
- To directly promote ADCP services during periodic presentations with both internal external customers/clients, and prospective clients.
- To support ADCP Head of Strategy and New Business in driving ADCP business goals and targets by ensuring accuracy of data supplied and quality customer service are assured throughout the business unit.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Strategy and Business Planning Execution
- To lead company initiatives and drive ADCP strategy in the areas of business growth and expansion of ADCP service lines resulting in tangible new fees and greater diversified service offer.

Income – Fee Growth
- Support new fee income by marketing the brand and company service offering to potential third party clients during one-to-one meetings, group presentations and within RFP submissions.

Integrity – Customer Service
- To accomplish the objectives of the company in the area of customer service and develop an even greater working model and plan which offers consistency at the heart of ADCP business.

Market Recognition
- Develop and promote ADCPs position in the real estate market as industry leaders in the area of real estate services by showing leadership innovative business activities.

Brand Awareness
- The incumbent must be market savvy and know what is happening and what are the current trends in the industry, be a catalyst for new business generation with solid sound informative advice.

Requirements

- Minimum Education Level
- Bachelors Degree in Economics/Financial/Business/Marketing; An analytical-focused qualification would be an advantage.
- (Masters degree and/or recognized professional qualification from a recognised business school would be highly desirable.)
- Minimum 5-7 years knowledge working as a Manager / leader of a business unit within a commercial business enterprise generating new business ideas and planning.
- Ability to write quality factual reports and papers supporting new business opportunity and client presentation.
- Strategic planning and Business Development experience in the formulation and implementation of plans.
- Experience of marketing projects or new products from concept, planning, financing, approval to launch stages.
- Experience in implementing Processes and Procedures.
