Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose: To deliver simply first class Client Services and advice to our Wholesale Banking clients in all interactions for transactional enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.

* Responsible for serving as primary contact person for CTA clients and SCB staff for advice, enquiries, complaints, etc.
* Deliver simply first class service against agreed service standards.
* As a Service Partner engage with CIC Relationship Managers, Transaction Banking Sales & Product Management and other key internal stakeholders to solve client issues, identify opportunities and deliver the bank.
* Build relationships and rapport with Tier 1 / Premier clients at the transactional / operational level.
* Prioritise transactions to meet service standards, including upgrading priorities as needed.
* Directly manage the operations of the team, setting standards to ensure that SCB service is ""the best in the market"" with a deserved reputation for innovation and problem solving, combined with high productivity and efficiency.
* Maintain control over day-to -day operations to ensure that the Bank's policies, operational guidelines are duly adhered to by team members
* Critically evaluate all client structuring requests and ensure documented process notes are in place and agreed by relevant stakeholders
* Making proactive calls on clients to improve the utilization level of facilities, increase transaction volume, identify opportunities for channels and referrals for the business
* Build trusted partnerships with clients at the daily transactional / operational level
* To identify process re-engineering opportunities for improved business practices and cost savings and continuously upgrade the Quality Management Systems in the department

Requirements

Extensive experience in Trade Operations is a MUST.

Candidate must have CDCS certification.

Excellent Command on English - as this is a Client facing role.
