Property Manager

Job description / Role

Salary up to AED 15000.00 per month + commission

One of our most prestigious Real Estate Clients is expanding their team and seeking an experienced Property Manager who will take the business to the next level.

Working with the CEO you will directly manage, source, lease commercial properties and handling a team of property consultants, Administrators guiding and supporting them to build the market position and branding and work to achieve the company targets.

Your knowledge and experience with managing owners and tenants and reviewing contract documentation will be essential to the smooth running of the environment as well as your ability to forecast and plan. Being an experienced manager, your drive, energy and motivation will reverberate through the team leading by example.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handling the various kinds of leasing
- Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their Commercial, residential rental or sale requirements.
- Taking prospective buyers to inspect properties and be a good negotiator.
- Preparing adequate and complete supporting documentation and cheques for submission to the company and client to ensure accurate, timely remittances.
- Having a healthy relationship with owners, internal and external clients and briefing the CEO promptly.
- Staff Management
- Branding and Market positions
- Arranging and handling meetings
- Working as per Targets
- Managing the company organization structure

Requirements

- Good negotiation skills
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have 2 years+ experience in a real estate role
- Understanding of the UAE Law and processes
- Drive, ambitious and flexible.
- Team player with “can do attitude”
