Employment: Full Time

Our client, a well know company manufacturing of handmade cosmetics is currently recruiting for a Manager Development Support Retailer

This position will be based in Dubai (UAE), you will help to support and develop stores that are wholly owned by the company across the UAE, Oman, and other MENA countries, plus licensee stores in Kuwait, Saudi, Lebanon and Qatar, currently 22 shops with another 15 due in the next 18/24 months.

You will develop the sales, profit and brand standards across the UAE and Middle East, We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated brand ambassador, who has a passion for cosmetics, people, and sales to be part of our growing team.

The role
- Recruit, coach and develop a management team in every store.
- Responsible for creating and delivering our people strategy across the business.
- Collaborate with the senior team and the UK to build the strength and strategy of the company.
- To lead, inspire and motivate the team to exceed the brands dreams and ambitions.
- To create a fun, imaginative and supportive place to work – where individuals are challenged and driven to progress throughout the business.
- Profit focused, using budgets, sales targets and business drivers as a tool to get results.
- To travel across the Middle East visiting stores and internationally when needed for meetings
- Support the Regional Retail Manager train and develop our managers using the UK Manager Development Days, shop visits and Manager Meetings
- Working alongside a team to deliver the strategic goals of the business across the region
- Implementing exceptional retail standards in both our stores and across the region.
- Support the Regional Retail Manager train and develop our managers using the UK Manager Development Days, shop visits and Manager Meetings Work Alongside our People coordinator to hire potential 5 star managers into the business
- Develop and encourage promotion from with in the business
- Work side by side with our Saudi team to ensure we are aligned across all existing countries and new markets
- Ability to identify a great manager, team and store and asses their strengths and weaknesses to give them the development they need to become 5 star
- Set and support the achievement of financial goals and profit
- Run and maintain the Mystery Shop program

Requirements

- At least 2-3 years experience managing a retail regional area or leading a retail business
- Proven sales growth track record
- Exceptional communication, organization and time management skills
- You will be proactive, driven, determined and be able to stay calm under pressure
- You will have great enthusiasm and initiative to solve problems quickly and successfully
- You will be passionate about cosmetics and the ethics that underpin the brand’s life
- You will have a good understanding of budgets and financial planning
- Experience in coaching and developing managers
- You should be able to speak fluent English. Arabic would be an advantage
