Job description / Role
Job Summary:
* Manage the selection, implementation, development, deployment, and support of appropriate enterprise solutions and BI applications as per business requirements
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Accountable for the delivery of and support for IT/ERP applications; manage all aspects of systems analysis, design, development, installation, maintenance, enhancement, and support for mission-critical application system
* Lead the Oracle ERP Team to deliver and support integrated consolidated solutions
* Provide leadership and mentoring to the team on all technical and functional aspects of the ERP applications deployed in the organization
* Lead the development of business intelligence solutions that helps analysis and decision making across many levels of the organization
* Participate in the formulation of the company business system architecture plans, assessing cost and feasibility of system requests and ensuring the plan supports both strategic and near-term needs
* Identify customer requirements, assess impacts to other data and systems, consider available technologies, compare costs and benefits, and recommend solutions
* Evaluation of standard IT applications in the market regarding functional fit and technical quality, support in the selection of the solutions
* Implement business system plans, directing development, release, and maintenance of company business application and process control systems
* Integrate activities with business units and other IT functions to ensure the successful implementation and support of IT Applications
* Monitors time and costs to ensure projects and budgets meet established targets
* Monitor and report on the status of multiple concurrent project efforts
* Develops documentation standards
* Foster and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure processes are integrated to support expected customer service levels
* Ensure collaborative team environment
* Ensure conformance to relevant Service Level Agreements
Reporting Lines:
* Report to: IT Director (n-2)
* Report From: ERP Finance, Leasing Sales & CRM, Procurement & Projects , Database Administration , HR and HCM, and Analytics
Requirements
* Bachelors Degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
* Applicable industry certification
* Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience out of which at least 5 years in the position of project leader or manager in a leading organization.
* Prior experience in the design and implementation of Oracle ERP systems (R12) essential
* Strong functional and technical skills across ERP domains of Financials, CRM, HCM, Projects, Procurement, Property Manager, etc...
* Knowledge of Fusion and other relevant emerging technologies necessary
* Knowledge of Real Estate Business Processes including Development and Asset Management required. Ability to solve complex problems through innovative approaches essential.
* Knowledge of formal project management methodologies and tools (PMI, Oracle AIM, Microsoft Project, etc.).
* Experience in planning and deploying Business Intelligence Solutions
Interpersonal skills:
* Strong project management skills, with experience in organizing, planning, and executing projects from vision through implementation
* Strong verbal and written communication skill and presentation skills
* Proven record in working collaboratively with business teams.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Business Applications Cost per User (cost / # of active users)
* Applications Uptime (Time ERP is accessible to users / Total time during the period)
* Number of business processes enhanced per year through IT drive initiatives
* Employees Satisfaction vis-à-vis Business Solutions Services (Survey conducted to assess employees satisfaction)
