Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an international luxury hotel who is continuously expanding their world class facilities. Our client is looking to hire a Manager, Finance Reporting and Compliance to support the Director of Finance and lead the annual budget process and complex financial analysis.
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the process of completing the annual and monthly operating budgets. You will direct and coordinate financial analysis relating to projected and actual operating results of company. You will also be accountable for the continuous review, assessment and improvement of the company's financial budget / forecast tools.
In addition, you will develop, update and implement the departmental / divisional operations manual including policies and procedures. You will also undertake analysis to review operations and results as well as assist in identifying areas of improvement.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a strong audit, compliance and reporting background. You should be a team player with previous experience of working within the hotel industry. It is essential you have excellent communication skills with an ability to build relationships. Relevant accounting qualifications would be highly advantageous.
