As a result of continuous growth and development we have a unique opportunity for a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team of Finance professionals.
The successful person will provide support to the Financial Planning & Analysis division by participating in the annual budget process, monthly forecast process and performing varied and complex financial analysis with summarized findings for decision-making purposes
The following responsibilities will also be undertaken in this role;
- Assist in the coordination and preparation of the annual operating budget
- Act as liaison between operating groups and the Financial Planning and Analysis department to receive timely budget and/or forecast submissions
- Work with operating entities to identify the cause of significant variances from budget and forecast to actual results
- Assist in compiling competitive information for analysis and presentation purposes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years of financial experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Possess a strong background in business/financial analysis
- Technical understanding of business planning processes
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Extensive experience working in Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once
