Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with an international luxury hotel who is continuously expanding their world class facilities. Our client is looking to hire a Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to support the Director of Finance and lead the annual budget process and complex financial analysis.

You will be responsible for coordinating and preparing the annual operating budgets. You will also direct and coordinate financial analysis relating to the projected and actual operating results of the company. In addition, you will act as a liaison between operating groups and the FP and A Department to receive timely budget / forecast submissions, whilst analysing any variance to actual results. You will also assist in gathering ad hoc information for analysis and presentation purposes.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have at least 3 years experience in finance within the hotel industry. You should have a strong financial analysis background and possess excellent analytical skills, combined with the ability to work well within a team. Relevant accounting qualifications (CA / University Degree) will be highly advantageous.
