Manager - Information Systems

Job description / Role

- Management of IT support team to manage and maintain 200+ end user base including remote locations
- Support of the commercial organisation and subsidiary companies within the GCC region
- Manage design, development and maintenance of new IS systems
- Oversee complex projects and programmes in line with Group standards
- Build and maintain good working relations within the Global business
- Identify opportunities for efficient service provision and engage external parties where applicable
- Ensure full compliance with GCC legislation and company principles and policy
- Provide key input into the 3 Year Plan to ensure systems evolution and innovation in line with long term business planning

Requirements

- University degree in Computer Science/Information Systems
- Relevant work experience in a dynamic multinational organisation
- Experience in large scale project/programme management
- Understanding of service management frameworks eg ITIL
- Proven experience of leading and motivating teams
