Leadership Opportunity within a Large Government Department in Perth, Western Australia

In a time of emerging and rapid advancements in technologies in transport, this role will lead an expanding team and set a strategy and direction for Main Roads ITS throughout Western Australia.

- You will meet these new challenges and opportunities, to support the overall performance and effective utilisation of the Metropolitan State Road Network by shaping the landscape of ITS solutions in order to future-proof the operation of the road network.
- You will be the leader of a team of up to 6 managers.

Salary:
AED 335,968 to 388,912 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: + 9.5% Superannuation

Requirements

Extensive skill, knowledge and experience in:
- Development and implementation of ITS strategy for road network traffic operations in a major city
- Managing the technical specification, performance and operations of ITS for large and complex road network operations
- Development and/or operations of Smart Freeways Projects
- Big data systems integration and operations
- Sponsorship/Relocation assistance may be provided for the successful candidate
